Vintage Christmas Dress, 80S Does 50S Holly Print Circular Skirt Halter Neck Midi Skater Xs/ UK 6/ 32

Stunning retro 50s style ballerina length Christmas dress made in 1980s. Made from a fab red & green holly print cotton fabric, it has a full circular skirt with yard upon yard of fabric! The bodice is closely fitted, boned & has a halter neck & low back. The bodice extends to just below waist level, & has green satin edging. The green satin is used for the neck edging & halter tie. It fastens with a back zip, & has a tiered red underskirt. It appears to have been hand made, as shown by the fairly basic hand stitching at the neck straps, but it is well made. Please note, this dress is a very small size – it is a perfect fit on my size 6 mannequin, which measures 32 bust, 23 waist. The waist measurement of the dress is 24.
