This 1950s circle skirt is made out of soft black felt with black & silver metallic lace stitched over its surface. The skirt is a full circle, smoothly flaring. There is a side covered metal zipper & button at the waist. I believe the skirt was nicely homemade. It is not lined. CONDITION: The buttonhole has been pulled, as shown in the last photo. The button was missing & the fabric was pulled where the button was, so I added a vintage replacement & slightly moved the location for the button. I would call the condition very good.
